Shipping & Refunds/Exchanges Policy
Processing & Shipping policy:
Processing time for all hair orders is 5-10 business days. Please anticipate 2 business days for payment processing. Hair is not on hand unless stated otherwise by VaniTEE Hair Collection.
Please allow all orders within the United States to be delivered within 5-6 business days (excluding USA holidays and weekends). This shipping time frame may also be affected by weather change, and is subject to change at any time. VaniTEE Hair Collection does not ship orders on weekends. (Ex. Item(s) ordered Friday, will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday). We do offer insurance on all packages as requested. For additional protection on your package, please reach out to us prior to email@example.com, as the insurance cost is not included in the listed shipping options at checkout.
Be sure that your shipping and billing information are the same to refrain from your order being flagged. Proof of ID will be required for all flagged transactions to prevent fraud activity. Orders that do not have matching billing and shipping addresses will be refunded.
VaniTEE Hair Collection ships via USPS & FedEX
Shipping times listed in checkout refers to after your order has been received by us from our manufacturer and is now being shipped out to you. Please place all orders in advance to avoid any inconveniences, as VaniTEE Hair Collection cannot control any shipping mishaps.
Refund & Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of this business, refunds & exchanges are not permissible for any of the following reasons:
1. Shipping delays (packages that are no longer with VaniTEE Hair Collection, and are with the shipping company fulfilling the delivery of your package.
2. A package lost by the shipping carrier.
3. Items that have been altered (worn, brushed, washed, installed, handled with hair products or hair tools, customized, or used to any standard).
We take full responsibility for lost items on our behalf, and will credit you with a refund for packages that are sent to an incorrect address on our behalf. Please note, we are not responsible for packages that are lost with the shipping carrier if we have provided the correct address. We can not provide a credit or exchange for packages lost on behalf of the carrier. In the case a package does get lost or misplaced at the time of delivery, you will have to contact the shipping carrier through their customer service email or number for updates on whereabouts of your package, or to open an investigation to lead to the retrieval of your package.

Please be sure that all shipping information is correct upon ordering. VaniTEE Hair Collection will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses or missing packages. Once tracking information has been given to customers, the customer is solely responsible for contacting the carrier with questions/concerns.
