1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order with Vanitee Hair Collection (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our") through any of our sales channels (website, in-person, social media), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&C"). Please read these T&C carefully before submitting your order. 2. The Final Sale Policy (No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations) 2.1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the custom, hygienic, and labor-intensive nature of our hair products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credits for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with color, length, texture, or improper installation/care. 2.2. Order Cancellation: Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is immediately sent into production or fulfillment. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. 2.3. Exceptions: The only exception to the final sale policy is if you receive the wrong product (e.g., you ordered a specific texture but received a completely different one) due to a documented error on our part. In such a case, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery, and the product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for an exchange. 3. Protection Against Payment Disputes and Chargebacks 3.1. Payment Authorization: By submitting an order, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of the transaction and may require additional information before processing the order. 3.2. Customer Agreement to Resolve Directly: The Customer agrees to contact Vanitee Hair Collection directly via the provided customer service channels to resolve any dissatisfaction, dispute, or issue with the product or service before initiating any chargeback or payment reversal claim with their bank or financial institution. 3.3. Chargeback Violation: You agree that initiating a chargeback after receiving the product, or without first seeking resolution directly with us, will be considered a breach of these T&C. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, we reserve the right to: Refuse all future orders from the Customer. Report the Customer to credit reporting agencies or chargeback prevention services. Pursue collection efforts for the full amount of the original purchase plus any fees or fines incurred by us due to the chargeback. 4. Product Representation and Variation 4.1. Natural Variation: Our hair products are made from natural or carefully sourced materials. You acknowledge and accept that there may be slight variations in color, texture, and density between bundles or from product photos online. These variations are normal and do not qualify as a product defect. 4.2. Color Disclaimer: We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but monitor displays vary. The actual color of the hair received may vary slightly from the images shown. 5. Shipping and Delivery 5.1. Shipping Responsibility: Title and risk of loss for all products ordered pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. 5.2. Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly submitted address will not be refunded or re-shipped at our expense. 6. Limitation of Liability Vanitee Hair Collection shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid by you for the specific product at issue. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INSERT YOUR STATE/COUNTRY HERE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
